What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help you create meaningful change in your life. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds and treating mental health concerns, coaching centers around personal growth, clarity, accountability, and helping you move toward your goals. Coaching can support areas such as confidence, relationships, life transitions, burnout, motivation, mindset, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
What are my strengths as a life coach?
Spending 10 years working as a therapist across many different settings has equipped me to handle just about anything that walks through my door. That being said, a good therapist knows where their strengths lie, and I’ve applied that clinical knowledge to inform my coaching practice.

Singlehood
Single by choice or by circumstance, more and more people are finding themselves navigating life outside of relationships without a clear roadmap for what long-term singleness can look like. Together, we can work toward creating peace, fulfillment, and genuine joy in being on your own and building a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Reinvention
You’ve outgrown something: a relationship, a career, an identity, or a version of yourself that no longer fits. Reinvention is rarely comfortable, but it can be one of the most important turning points in your life. Together, we’ll explore how to move through change with clarity, courage, and a stronger connection to yourself.
Emotional Resilience
The less sexy but far more effective sister to today’s version of “self-care”. Emotional resilience can include things like bubble baths or downtime, but learning how to stay grounded through difficult circumstances is the tool you’ll reach for again and again throughout life. Come learn skills that actually work.
Life coaching is a great fit for individuals who are generally functioning well in their day-to-day lives but feel ready for more clarity, direction, or alignment. You may feel stuck, unsure of your next steps, or aware that something isn’t quite working, but not necessarily in need of therapy or mental health treatment.

Who is a good candidate for life coaching?
My Coaching Services
Discovery Session
A Discovery Session is a 20-minute call to connect, ask questions, and get a sense of whether coaching feels like the right fit. This is a space to briefly share what you’re looking for and learn more about how I work. If you feel that we’ll be a good fit, you can book on-going coaching after this call. Your $25 fee will be applied as a credit towards the cost of your first coaching session.

Ongoing Coaching
Ongoing coaching is designed for deeper, more meaningful change over time. Through consistent sessions, we build clarity, explore patterns, and support you in making shifts that feel aligned and sustainable. Most clients meet bi-weekly, allowing space for both reflection and real-life integration between sessions. All standard coaching sessions are 50 minutes.

A single-session is a focused space to work through a specific question, challenge, or decision. Whether you’re feeling stuck, need perspective, or want support navigating something in the moment, this session is designed to help you leave with greater clarity and direction. All standard coaching sessions are 50 minutes.

4-Session Coaching Package
Real change takes time, intention, and accountability. This package is ideal if you’re ready to work toward a specific goal or move through a meaningful life transition with consistent support, personalized guidance, and space for deeper transformation. All standard coaching sessions are 50 minutes.
Sessions can be used weekly or biweekly and are valid for 3 months.
